I enjoyed the convenient location with easy access to attractions in Bangkok, but the room could definitely use a makeover despite the great view of the adjacent building. My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was excellent, close to the Nana train station and with a nice ambience in the evening. The staff service was friendly and helpful, but there were instances where I felt ignored. The dining experience had its ups and downs with limited options, while the facilities were decent. I couldn't have been happier with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were recently refurbished, with a great view of the adjacent building just 10 feet away. The mattress and bedding were excellent, and the bathroom exceptionally clean. The pool was a wonderful bonus to cool off in the Bangkok heat. Plenty of dining options nearby, including two 7/11 shops for convenience.
